For whatever reason, it’s hard for me to relax and just enjoy. I tend to neglect myself and pour out to others. A few years back I started being kinder to myself and forced myself to take time out of each day just for me. Today I’d like to share simple things I do to give myself a boost, which usually puts a smile on my face. I hope they put a smile on yours as well.
