Baked Potatoes

I’m showing you how I bake potatoes for an easy dinner idea or something to make ahead and enjoy for breakfast later in the week.

VIDEO NOTES:

How to make Easy Baked Potatoes

  • Wash then dry all potatoes.
  • Cut off any bad parts from the potato.
  • Prick each potato 5-6 times with a fork.
  • Cover each potato in olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
  • Wrap each potato in foil.
  • Bake all potatoes on a sheet pan at 425° for 45 minutes or until a fork inserts easily.
