High Five to School Being Out
School’s out here in Nashville. Three cheers to all the parents, students, and teachers that made this year happen. One that we will never forget. We did it y’all!!!
Grab your favorite iced beverage and join in as I share some fun things and recent happenings. I’m so glad you’re here.
We have a new bagel shop near our house, Crieve Hall Bagel Co. It’s an inspiring story of a dad who lost his job during the pandemic then started making bagels in his kitchen. Word spread and now he has a storefront. If you live in the Nashville area check it out but be sure to get there early; the delicious sourdough bagels sell out quickly.
Brent and I watched this for date night. I just love those tiny Peter Rabbit books.
I’ll be taking a break from social media this summer. Here’s a post about it if you’re interested.
Gnomie and Juliet was a major hit for family movie night. Have you seen it? Gnomes, gardens, and British accents what more could you want?
Any Honda Civic owners out there are going to love this new song. Road trips here we come!
I’ve heard several people rave about packing cubes. Have you tried them?
We made instant pot butter chicken for dinner recently. We serve it over brown rice. It reminds us to pray for all the people in India impacted by COVID.
I’m so pumped about these new shoes! Mine are the multi-colored ones. They are handmade in Guatemala. I bought them at the Nashville Farmers Market but you can order online too.
I listened to this Bible teaching on rest recently. I found it encouraging and relatable.
We’ve been trying to use cloth napkins instead of paper. So far it’s working, but I’m curious if it’ll stick. We have these which I really like. These are cute, too.
This nail color gives a pop for spring or summer.
Have a wonderful weekend.

If you purchase from a link on this blog a small percentage of the sale may come back to me. You are never charged more for the product. It’s a way to keep this site going and I’m very selective about the things I list. It’s mostly things we already own and love or things I think you would enjoy. Thank you for reading!
